Print-on-demand. Every piece is made when you order it. We don’t carry stock. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse with your name on it. Production takes 3–7 business days before it ships.
Every Glut piece is printed when you place the order. There’s no back room, no inventory hold, no piece waiting to be shipped before you choose it. That makes the process slower than what you’re used to — but it also means we don’t overproduce. The trade-off is patience for non-waste. We think it’s a fair one.
We ship most places we can legally ship to. International orders move slower because of customs — and any duties or import taxes that show up on your end are the buyer’s responsibility, not ours. We can’t intercept them, can’t reimburse them, can’t speed them up. If that’s a deal-breaker, we get it.
The total time from “placed” to “delivered” is usually 1–3 weeks domestic, 3–6 weeks international. We can’t promise dates because we don’t move the trucks. What we can promise is that we read every shipping problem email and we don’t ignore them, even if the reply takes a couple of days.
This is the part everyone wants us to soften, and we won’t. Every piece is made for you specifically — print-on-demand means the moment you order, the piece starts production. There’s no pile of “returns” to resell because nothing was made until you asked for it. Buy what you want to keep.
“All sales final” doesn’t mean we shrug if a piece arrives broken or misprinted. If we screwed up, we fix it. The 7-day window exists because past that, the production trail goes cold and we can’t trace what happened. Send a clear photo of the issue plus your order number to the contact form and we’ll route it from there.
If you catch a mistake quickly — wrong size, wrong color, wrong address — message us via email (provided when you place order) or the contact form and we’ll try to stop the order before it hits production. The cutoff is roughly 12 hours after placement. After that, the piece is being made and there’s no rolling it back.
